The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Workshop Assistant to join our close-knit team. This is a full-time role ideal for someone eager to develop mechanical skills and grow in a high-performance engine workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in race engine disassembly, cleaning and reporting of engine components
- Use of workshop measuring equipment, lathe, mill, grinders, cracktester etc
- Undertake practical, on-the-job training (specific to performance engines)
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, including waste management and consumables restocking
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine mechanical interest and basic engine knowledge
- Previous workshop or motorsport experience an advantage
- Willingness to listen and learn from the ground up
- High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
- Tidy appearance and positive, team-focused attitude

- This is not an apprenticeship role
