About Us

KRE Race Engines is a family-owned business with a reputation for building high-performance race engines, specialising in Supercars and Sprintcars. Located in a clean, modern workshop in Redland Bay, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship and reliability within a supportive team environment.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Reception / Administration Assistant to join our Redland Bay workshop. This role offers approx 20-25 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and phone reception duties
  • Handle filing, archiving and document organisation
  • MYOB data entry, including: Banking and reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinate and book staff travel arrangements
  • Manage and fill merchandise orders and mailing
  • Maintain office amenities and stationery supplies
  • Assist management and maintain administration spreadsheets

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude with the ability to work independently within a small team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A professional phone manner and friendly, approachable personality
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good time management and organisational abilities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB accounting (preferred) or similar accounting software
  • Previous experience with general office duties and basic accounting is required
