Reception/Admin Assistant

A position has become available for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant at our modern workshop at Redland Bay Qld.

Hours are approx. 30hrs per week (Mon-Fri).

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Professional phone manner
  • Great communication and excellent customer service
  • Must be organised and proactive with great time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer skills – MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • MYOB accounting experience preferred
  • Experience in general office and filing procedures

Your duties would include reception; management & staff assistance; use of eftpos machine; MYOB data entry, accounts receivable and payable; freight co-ordinating and bookings; staff travel bookings; mail; merchandise orders; maintaining workshop stationery supplies & staff amenities.

Handover training would be provided with immediate start for successful applicant.
