Receptionist / Admin Assistant
We are a locally owned and operated family business specialising in building quality Supercar and Speedway Race Engines. Our small team of highly skilled engine builders, machinists, workshop assistants and admin staff pride themselves on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
A permanent part-time position has become available for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant at our Redland Bay workshop. Onsite parking available.
Starting hours are 30hrs per week (Mon-Fri). 8.30am to 3pm. Possibility for full time as needed.
The successful person will possess:
- Professional phone manner and friendly demeanour
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised and proactive with attention to detail and good time management skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite and MYOB accounting programs
- Experience with general office duties and filing procedures
Duties would include reception; assist management and maintain admin spreadsheets; filing and archiving, POS payment facility; MYOB data entry – bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable; freight bookings; staff travel bookings; maintain and mail merchandise orders; maintain stationery supplies, office and workshop supplies.
Training to be provided for successful applicant. Salary negotiable with experience.
